We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 45 days of order your product and subject to products that have not been damaged, worn, or tampered with. Our HS Shops support team operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Not happy with the colour, size or look of your item? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Once you email us, we will assess your situation and if eligible we will email instructions on where to mail/courier your product, request that you provide us tracking information, and we’ll get you set up with a new order right away. Simple!

To begin the return or exchange process, simply send an email to our Customer Support team at returns@highstreetshop.com. Our team will respond back to you within 24 hours.

    Note: all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
